Ernest Young grew up in a construction family and loved seeing the end result of every project. During university Ernest tried exploring careers outside of the construction industry, but he just couldn’t avoid the passion – it was in his blood.

Steve Carveth came from a family of engineers and always had a bit of an entrepreneurial spark. He gravitated towards construction naturally and became hooked once he built his first home. He also began to use his entrepreneurial mind to improve upon issues he encountered during the process.

Steve and Ernest started Endeavour Developments as partners and their experience, passion and integrity have made Endeavour experts in home renovation, building and design. Right from the start, they’ve operated their business on dependability and trust. They hate cutting corners and they’re not the type of guys to hide behind a desk. They take pride in meeting with every client personally, and they still feel the rush at the end of every project.
